The BOCLE-2 brings a high level of automation and ease of use to ATF lubricity testing making its results highly repeatable and reproducible.

Quickly setup and execute a test from the software interface with a single click. The controller monitors the standard test conditions and executes both pretreatment and test phases without user intervention. Continuous data logging ensures traceability.
 

Automated hybrid loading | Calibrated deadweight assembly that is automatically applied after completion of pre-treatment step.

 
Automated test sequence | Switching from pre-treatment to test phase is auto-executed with synchronized change in flow valves and rates.
 
Multi-test capability | Numbered spacers for offset positioning allows 10 tests per ring to maximize consumable utilization.
 
Automated conditioned air unit | Conditioned air unit with dryer, control valves and sensors has a small footprint and requires only a compressed air line.
